step by step instructions. You simply sit back, relax, play the
audio file and follow the prompts. I do all the work! This
stress relief audio is ideal when learning the Destress stress
management program.

includes bare minimal instructions. This audio is for users who
have learned my stress management program (remember it should take
about 15 minutes to do so). The audio includes all the
